Question..
I have begun to question this world and its legal system. I don’t know why, but I do. I think it’s just my personal opinion but still.
Like the boy who was shot in Florida, the man who shot him is still free.. Why is that? Why is it that we are in the 21st century and people are judged for their skin color or their race, or their heritage? Why is this man still free? What if it was the other way around?
The main question is : Why can’t we all be equal?? We all go to school, have jobs, etc. Yet some people are looked down upon and discriminated.
This IS the 21st century. And when we are still treating our neighbors different because if these little things that are of unimportance, it’s ridiculous. If the government is beginning to choose things based on appearance, then ADULTS are not running the country. Because my mom always told me we are all the same;no matter what, just in different forms. And if the government is deciding on how pretty something is, then it’s like high school: judging based on looks, and what you do and don’t have. The “it” factor more like it. This IS the 21st century after all, we should be taking steps forward, not back…
